In addition to Tier 2 tasks performed in the JSS web console, there are some Mac management tasks that require tools from JAMF that run on the admin's MacOS-based management workstation. These include:
JAMF Composer - Build JAMF Packages for distribution
JAMF Remote - Remotely administer your Macs
JAMF Recon - Build a 'QuickAdd' Package that can be used to install JAMF agents

Tier 2 admins in onboarded units can download these tools from the following dfs location:
within this folder are sub-folders for active versions of JAMF in our environments. Please confirm the version of the JAMF environment you are managing (TST or PRD), and copy that version of tools to your admin Mac workstation.
Using the JAMF Tools
The JAMF tools need to connect to a JSS server to function. Depending on which enviroment you are managing, you will use the URL's listed below:
You will use your Gatorlink username and password when prompted to login. NOTE: If you want to change servers, hold down the OPTION key when starting a tool app.
