Reorganizational Vision

Information Technology (IT) is a critical infrastructure for any modern business. It is not only critical but a strategic necessity for a top tier research institution. An IT reorganization effort is underway. Currently, there is only a conceptual draft plan available. There are no finalized details. Detailed business plans will be developed over the next two months through planning and implementation teams, discussions and research into possible solutions.

This website will be the dissemination site for information about meetings, discussions, planning and implementation teams, and proposed details of the plan as they become available.

Please share this information and participate in the discussions and teams in order to move IT towards a robust and strategic service for the University.
