UF Digital Learning Commons

Goal

Provide students a single point of access for eLearning resources at UF.

Deliverables

  1. A personalized web interface that students and faculty can customize to access learning resources or supporting UF services such as (but not limited to) the CMS, library, advising, and tutoring.
  2. A mechanism to coordinate desired services and to recommend additional services to be included in the Digital Learning Commons (within the new UF-IT Governance structure).

Project Sponsors

  • Dr. Joe Glover - Provost
  • Dr. Charles Frazier - Interim CIO

Impact

Implementation of the UF Digital Learning Commons will consolidate existing teaching and learning services and add new services into a single web site. This will enhance ease of access and increase awareness of existing and new services.
