You are encouraged to peer-nominate teams you think best exemplify the work ethic, spirit, productivity, and commitment to serving the client for one of the three award categories. All nominations must be submitted by completing the online nomination form.
Eligibility Requirements:
- University of Florida and UF Direct Service Organization employees (Faculty, TEAMS, USPS, OPS) – up to but not including the Director levels are eligible for consideration
- All members of a nominated team must meet these criteria
- Contribution must have occurred during the fiscal year preceding the award
Nomination Requirements:
- Individuals with an active affiliation with the university as evidenced by a GatorLink ID
The 2014-2015 nomination period will close April 10, 2015.
