Digital Self-Help Resources Available for Students
Students expecting quick access to resources can reach no further than their pockets in order to stay connected to UF. With the free UF Mobile App, access to interactive bus routes, campus hours, and emergency information is directly on hand. Students also have the ability to sync their courses to the campus map in order to find their way around. Tech help is offered through a matter of clicks with the UF Computing Help Desk’s 24/7 phone and email support, as well as troubleshooting instructions available on both the “Self-Help” page and the Help Desk Wiki site. UFIT’s YouTube page also provides a great way to view tutorials and campus information while on the go.
