President Fuchs Celebrates UF Research, HiPerGator 2.0 on East Campus

As part of President W. Kent Fuchs’ inauguration week, Tuesday, December 1 was dedicated to celebrating UF research and HiPerGator 2.0. The event, held on UF’s East Campus, featured Vice President and CIO Elias Eldayrie as master of ceremonies, with Provost and Senior Vice President Joseph Glover, President Fuchs, Chemistry Professor Coray Colina, English Professor and Department Chair Sid Dobrin and Dell Vice President Cheryl Cook as speakers. The inspiring and informative speeches addressed high-performance technology’s role in innovating research and education as well as inspiring change in the world.
